Zapier - forward the Tags and Metadata keys too

We need to receive ticket's tags and metadata, to do some steps with our automation based on them.

Thanks Peter. I tried to refresh field in an existing Zap, and the tags / metadata don't appear. Do we have to do anything (redo the integration, update the Shake SDK..) in order to make it works ?

Pierre V : thanks for the feedback. This upgrade has nothing to do with the mobile SDK so don't worry about that.
Our backend simply started forwarding those new fields (tags and metadata) to Zapier.
So if Zapier is not detecting this change on its side, it needs some sort of "refresh" — so yes, we'd say try redoing the integration, just as you mentioned.
We look forward to hearing if everything will start working for you then...

I figured out that metadata are not forwarded to Zapier neither, it would be very helpfull to have them.
