Peter Simic: We’re currently using Userback for customer feedback. Its fairly good. We also use DataDog extensively.

Will perfect. 2 questions and 1 comment:
Q1: Userback being "fairly good"... Let's suppose we build the IDENTICAL product. Which one thing SHOULD we do better instead so we don't end up being just "fairly good" on day one? 😅 We aim for "great" or "quite lovely" instead :D
Q2: You mentioned DataDog... Pardon my utter ignorance. Would you mind telling us in one sentence how is it related to this? What should we keep in mind? Are we supposed to send data there, or the other way around?
1 comment: For all the help so far, I have deposited US$ 500 of credits to your workspace. I know it ain't much since you're not using Shake actively but hey it's a tiny token of appreciation — and it doesn't expire 🎁

That would certainly be good. But in my opinion, I think Shake is so good precisely because it is mobile native, since otherwise there are enough feedback solutions for many platforms. So I would recommend to stay specialized on mobile and look at websites as an extension to the core product. For example simple chat / bugtool for websites, but nothing complex. Otherwise the USP of Shake will only be diluted.

WOW. Impressive thinking Robin Kunz, cheers for sharing that with us. We're happy to have you onboard!
