Shake lacks a mobile view. I usually look at the report using my phone. Unfortunately, I cannot read the whole text because of that section on the right.

We’ve optimized the Ticket View for mobile, so you can now read the full report details and text clearly on your phone.
While the full ticket list is still best viewed on a desktop for now, this change ensures that once you’re in a ticket, the experience is seamless.
