Add Context to Chat Replies

In the built-in chat feature on our website, replies to client messages currently lack any visible context or reference to the original query. This can cause confusion for clients, as they may not remember the issue they initially contacted us about.

This is really confusing, especially when there might be similar tickets raised and on mobile all you can see is the first 3-4 words in the description. I've never seen a ticketing system where the creator can't see the contents of the ticket they've raised - seems like table stakes.
